The Villages Battle of the Bands semifinals are in the books — and things just got interesting.

In the first semifinal, Blonde Ambition knocked out the Greg Warren Band in a tight one, 164 to 158.

Then came the second semifinal — and we ended up with something we didn't see coming.

Out of 262 votes cast, Johnny Wild & The Delights and The Brothers Jukebox finished in a dead heat. 131 to 131. We're not making that up.

So here's what we're doing: both bands advance. That means the Championship Round is a three-way battle.
