Good Morning, Villages. Welcome to the weekend update by Villages Pulse. 🐰 Easter weekend is upon us and with it the inevitable debate: Where to enjoy Easter Brunch? Spoiler alert you won’t find a list of brunch locations below. Because (almost) every restaurant has one. So pick your favorite and enjoy Easter brunch with friends and/or family this weekend.

New Darrell’s Diner Coming To Lady Lake
Popular breakfast place Darrell’s Diner is expanding it’s footprint around the Villages, with a new one slated to anchor a new plaza/apartment project in Lady Lake, on CR 25 across from the post office, and just around the corner from Total Wine.
Open House of the Day
In Monday’s newsletter we featured a Million dollar open house. Today we go the other way and feature a cozy $250,000 home in the Village of Bonnybrook. It’s open house is today, Thurs April 17 from 10 am to 12 pm. I think this cute little cottage is perfect for someone on a budget, or for an investor to rent out for top dollar. New AC in 2024, and it has a whole house water filtration system. Might be worth a look for an investment.
