Subscribers have been asking us when the new Aldi at Sumter Landing will open. Unfortunately for all of us, the contractors are tight lipped about when it will open. Aldi doesn’t give a lot of early warning. As an example, the grand opening of their new Ocala store, which opened yesterday, June 4, was first announced May 19, or approximately two weeks before opening. All we can do is keep waiting and watching.
